Python Job: (Remote) Software Engineer Intern

What You’ll Do

• Design and development of performant, products and features that solve for growing businesses with complex needs
• Build full stack web/mobile products using a variety of languages including but not limited to Python, React JS, Node JS, CSS, HTML, Word press, etc.
• Set the technical vision for the team’s platforms and products and participate in design discussions and implementation of multiple complex projects
• Apply your prior experience and engineering skills to build new and scale up existing products. Help us break into the new verticals and opportunities.
• Work with product and business teams to incorporate customer feedback in order to constantly improve our product
• Continuously increase your ownership and deepen your expertise in both product and platform areas. Inspire and mentor young interns in future (during expansion).
• Work and effectively communicate in a dynamic and fast moving environment across engineering, product, risk, growth and go-to-market to develop product and system specifications, metrics, KPIs and support procedures
• Drive roadmap and plans, help define and meet your team’s goals (OKRs).
• Continuously improve our engineering processes, tools, and systems that allow us to scale the code base, productivity, and the team
• Proactively engage with your peers and managers to provide and solicit feedback, foster the culture of excellence, velocity and humility

Required skills/qualifications: * Either have a recently completed or be enrolled in a undergraduate or post graduate degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering degree (B.E/M.E or B.Tech/M.Tech).

**IMPORTANT** Candidates with Degree other than in Computer Science Engineering or BCA/MCA can avoid this post.

• Experience working with Python, React JS & API technology stacks (MUST)
• An understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms (MUST)
• Awareness of data security & patent practices
• Knowledge of scaling a website to mobile, AWS, Django, UI/UX design,etc is desirable.
• Fluency in English is a MUST (since people you will deal with on daily basis are based in Europe and North America)

The duration of the internship is 6 months and stipend will be given during the period of internship. If your work is found satisfactory, we may offer you a job in our company (subject to performance evaluation at the end of the internship). Students already selected in campus placement can avoid this post.

Interview rounds - HR Round (Screening) & Technical (Test & Interview)

Start Date - Will be notified during the interview

Stipend - Rs. 7500 per month (fixed)

Job location - Work from Home.

Timings - 5 hours daily (1700-0000, Rotational offs). Candidate should be open to work in weekends. More details will be shared once you are selected.
